3 years ago, the company that built our website would not return my calls, and we needed to change some of its content. After about a month or so, I mentioned the problem I was having to one of my patients. I asked if he knew anyone that could help me. At the time, I did not know about ONDABOX. Long story short, my patient introduced me to ONDABOX, a local Colorado company for whom my patient works for. We decided to let them build and manage our website since they were local.

Recently we lost access to our email, and our host Microsoft was unreachable for a week. No email for a week is a long time for a busy dentist office. So, I called ONDABOX. They provided us with a temporary email solution and sent us copies of all our missing appointment requests so we would be able to contact and schedule our patients. Microsoft eventually got back to us and restored our email account. ONDABOX saved the day.

I tried for months to get my online store online with Wix, but it would not work. So, my cousin told me about this company called ONDABOX, whom he uses to manage his online websites.

It was so easy. Jahmal was very patient with me. Once I approved the artwork they created, it was ready to go live in just a few weeks. They even trained me over Zoom how to login and update the products online, myself. I am very satisfied with ONDABOX. And, whenever I need something for my website, they're always offering to take care of it for me, just for being a loyal customer. And they respond quickly too, usually answering my questions on the first call, not transferring me from person to person. So professional! Now I can focus on what I do best which is take great photos.

Strong connections last forever. That is what I felt after meeting with Jahmal of ONDABOX. I have been working on the idea of building an online presence for African people in the United States for some time now. My subject matter can be a sensitive one and I do not trust anyone to take care of the content I create. One of my brothers referred me to ONDABOX. I met Jahmal and the connection seemed perfect. Jahmal has tremendous patience and incredible insight. He is open about his individual experiences and showed me that he had great passion for the work I do. He has been there for me repeatedly.
