We have beefed up our efforts to repel over 50,000 attacks a day. Daily random bots attempt to penetrate our clients' websites through our competitor’s software vulnerabilities, but since we don't use WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, Wix or Squarespace our clients don't suffer with disruptions, shutdowns, break-ins, hacked passwords, etc. like theirs do.

Keeping our clients’ websites safe is not as easy as it sounds. Peace of mind is why some of our oldest customers have been with us for over 20 years.

Online Support

Through your Site Manager account ONDABOX maintains an online ticketing support system that allows our support staff to track and escalate your support requests. Please log in to your Site Manager account and create a support request there. Your request will be routed to the proper department, and it will be handled with care, immediately:  Sign in to Site Manager.

Email Support

Support via email is also available if you are unable to log in to Site Manager and create a support request. Please direct your requests to Billing & Payables or Customer Service.
